December 18, 2008 (LOS ANGELES) – Road closures due to yesterday’s storms in southern Nevada and southeastern California have caused the cancellation of tonight’s opening night performance of Disney’s High School Musical: The Ice Tour at Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center.  Trucks carrying sets, props and costumes are traveling from Denver en route to Los Angeles for the start of a three-week Southland engagement.

 Thursday ticket holders may exchange their tickets for another STAPLES Center performance of Disney’s High School Musical: The Ice Tour.  Exchanges can be made at the STAPLES Center box office, any Ticketmaster location or by calling Ticketmaster at 213-480-3232. 

 The Friday, December 19 at 7:30 pm performance will be presented as planned.  In addition, the show will appear at the Honda Center in Anaheim, December 23-28 and the Long Beach Arena, January 2-4.
