Micah 10 thinks the Basketball and Troy are the best! Madison his twin likes Sharpay and what time is it? Summertime! Ronit 8 and the youngest loves Gabriella. I think they each have seen the movies about 10 times each (thanks to DVD’s and Tivo!) You could have heard the screams a mile away when I mentioned High School Musical The Ice Tour!

My daughter Mackenzie who is 5, thinks HSM is the BEST! She just loves Gabriella and will sing all of her songs! I bought her a play microphone and she spends hours up in her room singing and dancing to the HSM CD. I think that Gabriella is a good role model for her because she is smart and beautiful…not the “typical” cheerleader. Mackenzie has a heart congential heart condition and had open heart surgery as a baby. She is shy and afraid of many things from all of the hospitals and procedures she has gone through, but HSM is a way for her to escape her fears and be “Gabriella”! This would mean the world to her if she could go to HSM on ice!
Thank you so much for a chance to win!

My daughter Lauren is 8 and can sing all the HSM songs, will watch the movies over and over, and loves to get up and dance whenever Troy’s singing! She wants to be a singer when she grows up, but for now, it’s strictly karaoke at home!

If only you new my two oldest boys…that’s right, I said BOYS. I have two boys — ages 3 1/2 and 6 that are absolutely obsessed with HSM. Ask any of their friends/family and they’ll tell you. Finding boy-oriented HSM merchandise is quite difficult as you can imagine, so there’s lots of HSM pens & paper in our house! Their favorite of the three…that’s tough since they’ve seen the first two about 100 times on our TiVo. When HSM3 comes out on DVD/TiVo, I’m sure that will be an obsession, too. At least one of the first two movies are on our television screen nearly every day. No exaggeration! Going back to their favorite HSM movie, they tell me it’s #2. My 6 year old’s favorite part is the end when Gabriella & Troy sing “Everyday” together. My 3 1/2 year old’s favorite part is the beginning when they sing “Summer.”

I can tell you that when my boys saw the preview for the upcoming HSM Ice Tour, they begged and pleaded for us to take them. I went online to check out ticket prices and they were just too much. My boys are wonderful and understood our predicament.

Just a quick note to add….As I write my comments now, you’ll never guess what the boys are watching….Yep, that’s right! HSM!!!! I told them that I’m entering a contest to try and win them tickets and they’re so excited!

Anyway, thanks for offering all of us a chance to win tickets and for your consideration. I’m sure that making this decision will be difficult.

    Thanks again!

    Michelle

My 8 year old niece is a huge HSM fan. I have 2 little boys so I get my “girl” fix through my niece - you know, princesses, HSM, lip gloss, hairstyling - all that good stuff! If I won these tickets I could easily be the “best auntie in the whole world!” Just so you know know deeply she loves the movie and Zac, when asked what she would do if she won the lottery, without missing a beat she said, “I’d buy Zac Ephron.” It would be so much fun to share this experience with her and have a special girls’ day/nite out.
    Keeping my fingers crossed!

  7. Susan Adler

I have one granddaughter and she is an amazing kid! She just turned 8 and absolutely loves High School Musical. She sings and dances non stop.
I try to do special “girly” things with just her - she’s the only girl surrounded by boys (brother, cousins). This would be such a treat and a wonderful holiday/birthday gift she would remember always. With the five tickets I could take her and a few girlfriends - a fun memory for them to share. A a memory I would cherish.

Please email to my son’s address - he checks email for me. Thank you!

As the Mom of three busy boys it is hard to find things that they like to do together that doesn’t turn in to a competition. The boys are 9, 11 & 13. Being that one of our boys has special needs adds to the difficulty of finding such an activity. And then along came HIgh School Musical. It is about sports, it is about friendships and the songs are great. The boys loved when the Disney Channel broadcast the “dance a-long” version. It was great to see them all in the living room trying to learn the dances and laughing so hard along the way. I have to admit that their Dad and I joined in and tried to be “All in this Together.” It would be a treat to see the ice show together. Thanks for the opportunity to enter!
