Based on the reaction of my fashionista tween who went gaga over these Converse xx hi lace-ups  we saw at a music video audition in Hollywood last week, this “gogo boot meets tennis shoe” hybrid is going to be a Back to School shoe slam dunk. 

I’ll admit - I love them too.  Who knows if they helped the tween queen wearing them to nail the part - but let’s just say that stylin’ these trend setters probably didn’t hurt.  

Teen shop Journey’s has to be thrilled as they appear to be the only retailer carrying them.  Pair these Converse with a luxe Crib Rock Supima modal cap sleeve, black leggings and a jean skinny skirt and Shazam! - you’ve struck back to school fashion gold.
